Why is there no phone number listed on your website?
AKH Wreaths is an online-only handmade wreath shop. Please use the "Contact" form or email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long after I place my order will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

What company do you use for shipping?
United Parcel Service (UPS)

How long will it take to get my order?
UPS ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on distance, package weight, and the weather. Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm.

Will a signature be required upon order delivery?
No

Is my order insured?
Yes. Shipping insurance covers loss during shipping should anything unforeseen happen. If any damage occurs during shipping please get in touch with Angie through the "Contact" form. Save the box and everything that came in the box and take pictures of the damage so a claim can be submitted to UPS. This is needed for the replacement of the damaged wreath.

Will I be able to track my wreath decor order?
Yes. UPS ground shipping comes with free order tracking. You can check your order on the UPS website or use the UPS mobile app along with the tracking number to see exactly where your package is in transit. Can I return a wreath or wreath decoration purchase?
Yes, within 7 calendar days for broken, damaged items or items received not as described. Zip ties must not be cut. If the zip ties are cut then no returns will be accepted. AKH Wreaths must be notified within 7 calendar days of order receipt.

Where is the best place to display my wreath and wreath decor?
In a dining room.
Over the mantle of a fireplace.
On the front door.
On the front porch.
Away from the direct rays of extended sunlight.
A shaded area is always the best place for any wreath decor.
